*Measurements are given for each item on the listing’s “Sizing and Care” tab. Each item has been hand measured using a soft measuring tape.

*You may exchange your item within 7 days of receipt. If you do not wish to exchange, then you will receive store credit (minus shipping charges) to use on purchases within the next 60 days. *All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition What if I did not receive my package and tracking shows as delivered?
*You will need to contact your appropriate postal service (USPS or UPS) for assistance.
*If your order was shipped USPS, you may contact them online through the USPS website, where you can enter your tracking number, select Customer Service FAQ, and complete the online request for the delayed mail report. *If your order was shipped via UPS, you may contact them via the Customer Service number on their website. dalia + jade is not responsible for mail that is lost by the postal service. 1. Place your order. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges. Exact shipping rate is determined by the customer's location and weight of your package.
