Shipping

*We generally ship in-stock items same day or next business day.

*First contact your appropriate postal service (USPS, FedEx, UPS) for assistance. If your order was shipped USPS, you may contact them online through the USPS website, where you can enter your tracking number, select Customer Service FAQ, and complete the online request for the delayed mail report. It is much better to call your local postal store

Please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.

We will supply tracking information for our customers to give to the local Postal Office to file a claim. Once you file a claim and send us a copy of the police report, we will work with customers to replace packages.  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be notified about the status of your return within 1-3 days of us receiving and inspecting your items. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued  store credit in the form of a gift card. If your return is not approved, we will contact you to purchase a label from us in order to reship your item. The reshipment fee depends on the package’s weight and distance traveled, which is determined by USPS.

We are so sorry that happened! Please accept our sincerest apologies for this mistake. Please email us, info@daliajade.com, with your order number, where you purchased the item, and images of the items along with any product identifier such as a SKU or style number.

We will respond within 24 hours Monday-Friday.

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as gift cards, pre-loved items, designer items, ANY SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEM, personal care goods such as beauty products, makeup, etc. Other non-returnable items include accessories including but not limited to jewelry, earrings, rings, necklaces, swimsuits, custom products, altered products, intimates such as bras, bralettes, sports bra, underwear, body suits, adhesive bras, etc. If any of these items are returned to us, a store credit will not be granted and the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.  

Clearance items may be distinguished in one of three ways:

1. Price may end with $.99

2. The item photo may say CLEARANCE

3. The item photo may say SALE
