We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After the return is requested we must receive your item within 10 business days.
Eligibility for returns and store credit
To be eligible for a return for store credit, you need proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. If an item smells like perfume, cigarettes, or food, or has pet hair, deodorant marks, stains, or appears to be worn, then a return nor an exchange will be accepted. Shoes must be undamaged and come in its original packaging and the bottom of the shoes must be completely clean without scuffs and without any appearance of wear. If an item arrives in any conditions as stated above, a store credit in the form of gift card will not be granted and the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
How to begin a return and receive store credit
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For the smoothest transaction, you will have the option to purchase a return label from us. After purchasing the label, you will emailed a printable return label.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as gift cards, ANY SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEM, personal care goods such as beauty products, makeup, etc. Other non-returnable items include accessories including but not limited to jewelry, earrings, rings, necklaces, swimsuits, custom products, altered products, intimates such as bras, bralettes, sports bra, underwear, body suits, adhesive bras, etc. If any of these items are returned to us, a store credit will not be granted and the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.
Clearance items may be distinguished in one of three ways
- Price may end with $.99
- The item photo may say CLEARANCE
- The item photo may say SALE
Pre-loved and designer items
Items in the pre-loved category and designer category cannot be returned and store credit will not be granted. Pre-loved category includes brand name items have been previously owned. These items are located in the menu under the name "pre-loved". Brand name items include but are not limited to Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Christian Louboutin, Gucci, Dooney & Bourke, Coach, and any other Premiere Designer. Designer items will also be filmed while packing and shipping for fraudulent reasons.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order. You have 3 days to inspect the item and notify us if it is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right.
You will be notified about the status of your return within 1-3 days of us receiving and inspecting your items. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued store credit in the form of a gift card. If your return is not approved, we will contact you to purchase a label from us in order to reship your item. The reshipment fee depends on the package’s weight and distance traveled, which is determined by USPS.
