Refunds, Returns, & Store Credit

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive store credit minus a $7 shipping fee. After the return is requested we must receive your item within 10 business days. 

***Your label and return will be null and void if your item hasn't started tracking within 10 days of receiving your label*** 

This return policy only applies to orders placed on www.daliajade.com and Google Shopping, not Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, etc. 

Eligibility for store credit

To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must have been purchased on www.daliajade.com, fall within the 7 day window and must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. If an item smells like perfume, cigarettes, or food, or has pet hair, deodorant marks, stains, or appears to be worn, then a return nor an exchange will be accepted. Items must be undamaged and come in its original packaging and without any appearance of wear. If an item arrives in any conditions as stated above, a store credit will not be granted and the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.

How to begin a return and receive store credit

To start a return, go to https://shopify.com/52415332527/ account and enter your order information. This will ONLY work if you purchased your items on www.daliajade.com. It will not work if purchased on Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, etc. If your return is accepted, a return label will be emailed to you along with shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as gift cards, ANY SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEM, and more personal type items such as beauty products, makeup, etc. No footwear of any kind, such as shoes, socks, house shoes, sandals, flipflops, boots, booties, etc. Other non-returnable items include accessories including but not limited to jewelry, earrings, rings, necklaces, swimsuits, custom products, altered products, hats, hair accessories, intimates such as bras, bralettes, sports bra, underwear, body suits, adhesive bras, etc. If any of these items are returned to us, a store credit will not be granted and the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee.  

Clearance items and nonreturnable items may be distinguished in one of three ways

  1. Price may end with $.99
  2. The item photo may say CLEARANCE or SALE
  3. The listing description may say NO RETURNS

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order. You have 3 days to inspect the item and notify us if it is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Store credit

You will be notified about the status of your return within 1-3 days of us receiving and inspecting your items. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued store credit minus $7 SHIPPING FEE. If your return is not approved, we will contact you to purchase a label from us in order to reship your item. The reshipment fee depends on the package’s weight and distance traveled, which is determined by USPS.
